Ambarish is a partner in the Banking and Finance division in the firm's London office.  He focuses primarily on domestic and cross-border syndicated credit, acquisition finance and other leveraged finance transactions.  

Ambarish regularly serves as counsel to private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in acquisition financings, bank and bridge loan financings, unitranche facilities and refinancings and other leveraged finance transactions at all levels of the capital structure.  He also advises financial institutions and private investment funds on a wide range of complex cross-border financing transactions including direct lender transactions.
