Semliki is an Associate in the Corporate department in the Johannesburg office.
Semliki has a keen interest and experience in renewable energy transactions, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law matters, as well as environmental and ESG specific work. She has worked with both domestic and international clients from various sectors.
Background
Semliki studied a BCom (Law) majoring in statistics and economics, as well as an LLB at the University of Pretoria. During her LLB, Semliki completed a mini-dissertation in the field of international environmental law.
