Sarah Munro
Sarah is the firm's Chief of Staff, working closely with the CEO and Global Executive.
A multi-faceted role, the Chief of Staff supports the CEO, Global Executive and other senior leaders in shaping and implementing the firm's strategy, and ensuring that the firm's key global and regional leadership groups are joined up, including coordination between the Executive and the Global Council.
Background
Sarah has been with Herbert Smith Freehills for over 20 years. Now based in London, Sarah qualified as a solicitor at the firm in London in 2002, and was later admitted in Hong Kong. Her practice has focused on commercial disputes, with a specialism in cross-border matters involving China. Since that time she has worked in the UK and Asia, where she also led our Shanghai Disputes team.
